Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Western Carolina University. My research focuses on reconnecting with those from one's past for work-related help. I am an active researcher having published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. As an Assistant Professor and Instructor, I have taught various courses including, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Principles of Management at Western Carolina University and the University of Kentucky. While pursuing my MBA, I taught Algebra at Somerset Community College. While research and teaching take up most of my time, I am also an avid animal rescuer and terrible basketball player. Oh, and I also hold a world record as one of 777 people to eat a honey bun in the same place simultaneously.
